Why the Philippines?

The Philippine tourism industry’s rapid growth over the years opened the country to the possibility of becoming the haven for retirees.

The country has three major island groups: a) the northern Luzon group; b)the central Visayas group; c)and the southern Mindanao group.

The scenic Pacific coast, swaying coconut trees, tropical sun, splendid rainforests, offers an abundance of tropical fruits including oranges, bananas, and limes, among others.

It has a maritime and tropical climate with relatively high humidity, mild temperature, abundant rainfall and gently winds. The wet or rainy season is from June to October, the cool dry season is from November to February and the hot dry season is from March to May.

Most visitors prefer the period from November to March to enjoy the natural beauty of the country.

With several super cities in tow, visitors could easily brisk into a lifestyle found in similar metropolis in other countries. These super cities include Metro Manila , Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao.

But beyond the natural wonders and bustling metropolis, it is the Filipino hospitality and nurturing character that should be experienced first-hand to know what it is like to be treated with true East Asian warmth.
